At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Apt 2 Flockton House Whittets Ait, Jessamy Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 8BJ on 27 November 2019 at 4.00pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Peter Edward Knight [IP No. 11150] and William Jeremy Jonathan Knight [IP No. 2236] of Jeremy Knight & Co LLP be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately".
