“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Daryl Warwick and Michael Christian Kienlen of Armstrong Watson, Fairview House, Victoria Place, Carlisle, Cumbria CA1 1HP, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
