"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) and Mark Upton (IP No. 009594) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, Cardinal House, 46 St Nicholas Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 1TT be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
