Notice is hereby given by Gordon Johnston and Shane Biddlecombe of HJS Recovery (UK) Ltd, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 2EA, (“the convenors”), that a meeting of the creditors of Rigging Marine UK Limited (Formerly Rigit Marine UK Limited), Itchen Marine (Towage) Ltd, American Wharf, Elm Street, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 5GA is to be held on Monday 1 February 2021 at 12pm. This meeting is being held for the purpose of:

(1) considering nominations for the appointment of a liquidator(s) under section 138 of the Insolvency Act 1986

and is a Physical (Virtual) meeting requested by creditors under section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Creditors can participate in the meeting remotely and vote. If you cannot participate, or do not wish to participate, but wish to vote at the meeting, you can either nominate a person to participate on your behalf, or you may nominate the chairman of the meeting, who will be the proposed liquidators of the company, to vote on your behalf. Proxies can be submitted to the convenors at the above address in advance or at the creditors’ meeting.
