At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at One Courtenay Park, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 2HD on 5 May 2017, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Anne Weir (IP No. 9107) and Peter Simkin (IP No. 13370) both of Lameys, One Courtenay Park, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 2HD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding up.”
