"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Wellard (IP No. 9670) of MJW Restructuring Limited, Unit 4, Limes Court, Conduit Lane, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, EN11 8EP be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
