A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Richmond Lake Limited (10819852) of 1 Woodcock Court, Modwen Road, Salford M5 3EZ, whose nature of business is wholesale of metals and metal oars, presented on Monday 02 August 2021, at 00:00 by WYRE FOREST DISTRICT COUNCIL, of Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster DY11 7WF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 22 November 2021, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
