Notice is hereby given that by written resolution of the members of the above-named Company, on 24 February 2021, the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) and Richard Brewer (IP No. 9038) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
