At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Dormers, Sherborne Street, Edwardstone, Sudbury, Suffolk, CO10 5PE on 18 February 2021 at 4.30pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of Begbies Traynor, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) of Begbies Traynor, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
