"That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Anthony Harry Hyams (IP No 9413) and Mark Newton (IP No 9732) of Insolve Plus Ltd, 4th Floor Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
