“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Martin Stokes (IP No. 10330) and Gerald Clifford Smith (IP No. 6335) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
