A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Durham House, 38 Street Lane, Denby, Derbyshire, DE5 8NE, presented on, by23 July 2019 HOLLAND INDOOR PLANTS BV of 1430 bc Aalsmeer, PO Box 1105, KvK nr. 34135762 claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 10 September 2019 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
