"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sajid Sattar (IP No. 15590) of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
