Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 27 April 2016 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

“That pursuant to Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Samuel J Talby and Julie Swan, both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, Bush House, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP, (IP Nos. 1482 and 9168) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
