"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David James Robson (IP No. 11130) of Gaines Robson Insolvency Ltd, Carrwood Park, Selby Road, Leeds, LS15 4LG and Steven George Hodgson (IP No. 13550) of BHP Clough Corporate Solutions LLP, New Chartford House, Centurion Way, Cleckheaton, BD19 3QB be appointed as Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
