A Petition to wind up the above-named company of RHI Energies Ltd (06395969) of Radbourne, 56 Kenilworth Road, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV32 6JW, whose nature of business is manufacture of plastics and rubber machinery, presented on Friday 01 June 2018, at 12:14 by COMPASS SITE SERVICE (UK) LIMITED, of Po Box 3653, Abacus Consultancy, Mulberry Grove, Wokingham RG40 9NN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice Chancery Division Companies Court, Strand, London WC2A 2LL on Wednesday 18 July 2018, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
