A Petition to wind up the above named company, RHEOLA ESTATES LIMITED (Company No. 07869985) of 42 Neath Road, Resolven, Neath, SA11 4AA presented on 27 January 2016 by ENGIE POWER LIMITED (formerly GDF SUEZ MARKETING LIMITED), (Company No. 04236804) of NO. 1 LEEDS, 26 WHITEHALL ROAD, LEEDS, LS12 1BE claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 8 March 2016 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
