Notice is hereby given that the following written resolutions were passed by the members of the Company on 15 June 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Dix (IP No. 21492) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
