"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Dix (IP No. 21492) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, Cartergate House, 26 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, DN31 2LJ are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
