"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Guy Robert Thomas Hollander (IP No. 009233) and Neil John Mather (IP No. 8747) both of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1DD be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
