and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986,

A Petition to wind up the above-named company of RG Sport Racing Team Ltd (09339940) of Unit 31, Rothersthorpe Crescent, Northampton NN4 8JD, Unit 31, Rothersthorpe Crescent, Northampton NN4 8JD (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 33170-repair and maintenance of other transport equipment n.e.c. and also the other objects as stated in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, presented on Wednesday 11 December 2019, at 10:30 by ANDREW PAGE 1917 LTD, of 1 London Street, Reading RG1 4PN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 11 February 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:30 hours on Monday 10 February 2020
