A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate 5 North Street, Hailsham, East Sussex BN27 1DQ and whose last known trading address is 29A Magdalen Road, St. Leonards on Sea, TN37 6EP presented on 15 February 2022 by Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Ltd of Saint-Gobain House, East Leake, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE12 6JU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 30 March 2022 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
