"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Marco Piacquadio (IP No. 19910) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Studio L2A, 294 Witan Studios, Witan Gate, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK9 1EJ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
