At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at lnterpath Advisory, 1 Sovereign Square, Sovereign Street, Leeds on 3 June 2021, at 10.00 am the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that that Howard Smith and Richard Harrison of lnterpath Advisory be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At a subsequent meeting of creditors, Gary Paul Shankland (IP No. 009587) and Ian Defty (IP No. 9245) both of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR were appointed as Joint Liquidators by the creditors.
