Mark Ford, Adam Stephens and Greg Palfrey were appointed joint liquidators of Reyker Trust & Depositary Services Limited (the “Company”) on 19 February 2020 and that appointment was confirmed by creditors on 2 March 2020.

The Joint Liquidators of the Company give notice that they intend to return all identified client assets and client monies to known clients of the Company on or after 7 May 2020.

Any party who considers themselves to be a client of the Company and who believes they have any client assets (such as shares or bonds) or cash held by the Company must contact the Joint Liquidators no later than 5:00pm on 6 May 2020 providing details of the assets and/or cash held.
