Notice is hereby given that on 19 January 2023 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew James Chadwick (IP No. 9311) and Stacey Brown (IP No. 17950) both of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
