NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the Company are convening a meeting of creditors to be held at Unit 6 Twelve O’Clock Court, Attercliffe Road, Sheffield S4 7WW on 17 April 2018 at 11.00 am, for the purposes of creditors to consider a decision on the nomination of Liquidators, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.
