"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stella Davis (IP No. 9585) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, Euston, London, NW1 2DX and Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
