Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above named Company will be held at Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich NR1 3DT, on 31 January 2017, at 12.30 pm for the purpose of fixing the remuneration of the Joint Liquidators as set out in the progress report dated 21 December 2016. A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a creditor. Proxies and proofs of debt to be used at the meeting should be lodged at Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich NR1 3DT no later than 12 noon on the business day immediately before the meeting.
