“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Jeremy N Bleazard, of XL Business Solutions Limited, Premier House, Bradford Road, Cleckheaton, BD19 3TT, (IP No 09354) be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
