Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 August 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Rose (IP No. 8928) of M1 Insolvency, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham, NG1 6EE and Gary Paul Shankland (IP No. 009587) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."
