“That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Derek Forsyth, of Campbell Dallas Accountants, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, (IP No. 8219) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the LLP for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
