At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held via a video conference call on 20 December 2021, the following resolutions were passed as a Special and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, to act either jointly or severally.”
