Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 July 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company/LLPs cannot, by reason of their liabilities, continue their business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company/LLPs be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas O’Reilly (IP No. 8309) and Simon Thomas (IP No. 8920) both of Moorfields Advisory Limited, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QF be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary windings up."
