"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul William Harding (IP No. 6310) of Tri Group, Suite 1, Canon Court East, Abbey Lawn, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY2 5DE be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."
