“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Philip Ross (IP No. 9503) and Matthew James Higgins (IP No. 13570) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 1 St James’ Gate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4AD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis.”
