A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Rentserve Limited (06775875) of Kings Chambers, High Street, Dudley DY1 1QT, Kings Chambers, High Street, Dudley DY1 1QT (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is To carry on business as a general commercial company and other objects detailed in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, presented on Thursday 23 May 2019, at 10:00 by GRAVESHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL, of Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend DA12 1AU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Aberystwyth, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 14 October 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
