Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held virtually via Microsoft Teams on 17 November 2021 at 4.00 pm the following special and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tyrone Courtman (IP No. 7237) and Adrian Allen (IP No. 008740) both of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE19 1SD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
