Notice is hereby given that on 20th November 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley craving the Court inter alia that Renov8 Building Services Ltd, with its Registered Office at Abbey Mill Business Centre, 12 Seedhill Road, Paisley, PA1 1JS be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by interlocutor dated 20th November 2019 ordained the said Renov8 Building Services Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
