“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that on 7 September 2022 Derek Forsyth and Blair Milne, both of Azets, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, (IP Nos. 8219 and 18614) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
