A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Renewable Energy Waste Solutions UK PLC (10641513) of Ground Floor, 59 New Street, Chelmsford CM1 1NE, whose nature of business is To carry on the business of Manufacture of other special-purpose machinery not elsewhere classified, presented on Tuesday 11 October 2022, at 10:00 by ENGEN GROUP LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION), of Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Manchester District Registry, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 29 November 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
