I, Gillian Campbell, of Milne Craig, 79 Renfrew Road, Paisley, PA3 4DA, hereby give notice pursuant to Rule 4.19(4)(b) of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that I was appointed Liquidator of Renewable Energy Engineers Limited by a Resolution of the First Meeting of the Creditors held in terms of section 138(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 11 March 2019. A Liquidation Committee was not established. I do not intend to summon another meeting to establish a Liquidation Committee unless requested to do so by one tenth in value of the company’s creditors. All creditors who have not already lodged a statement of their claim are requested to do so.
