Notice is hereby given that on 23 September 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Oban Sheriff Court by Argyll & Bute Council, having its offices at Kilmory, Lochgilphead, Argyll, PA31 8RT, craving the court inter alia that Renato (Oban) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, (company number SC234742), having its registered office at c/o Abacus Services, Abacus Building, 8 High Street, Oban, Argyll, PA24 4BG be wound up by the court and that a Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Oban Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 23 September 2019 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Oban Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement, under certification, all of which notice is hereby given.
