“That it has been proved, to the satisfaction of this meeting, that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilties, continue its business and that the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Lorna Bingham, of Personal Debt Support Limited, 2/1 Breckenridge House, 274 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3EH, (IP No. 16350) be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
