That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Adrian Paul Dante of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, Victoria Court, 17-21 Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5DA and Paul Michael Davis of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
