At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Coffee 1, Conrad House, 1-2 Beaufort Square, Chepstow, NP16 5EP on 18 November 2019 at 2.15pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Stones (IP No 6609) be appointed Liquidator of the Company."
