NOTICE is hereby given than on 19 September 2017 a Petition was presented to Livingston Sheriff Court by Regal Community Theatre, Bathgate Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC156813) and with its registered office at The Regal Community Theatre, 24-34 North Bridge Street, Bathgate, West Lothian EH48 4PS craving the Court inter alia that the said Regal Community Theatre, Bathgate Limited be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Gerard Anthony Friar, Chartered Accountants and Qualified Insolvency Practitioners, KPMG LLP, 191 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LJ be appointed as joint interim liquidators; and in which Petition, the Sheriff at Livingston Sheriff Court, by Interlocutor dated 19 September 2017 ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Livingston Sheriff Court, West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston, EH54 6FF within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and in the meantime appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Gerard Anthony Friar to be joint provisional liquidators of the company and authorised them to exercise, inter alia, the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II and Part III of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986. All of which notice is hereby given.
