Notice is hereby given that on 8 November 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Paisley Sheriff Court by Red B Rental Ltd, 43 Melville Drive, Motherwell ML1 1RW, craving the Court inter alia that R.E.G TRANSPORT GROUP LTD, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC566336) with their registered office formerly at 204 Main Street Unit 22 Coatbridge ML5 3RB and formerly at Flat 1/1, 6 West Street Paisley PA1 2UJ and now at C/O Wri Associates Ltd Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB, (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Ian Wright, Insolvency Practitioner of WRI Associates Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB be appointed as interim liquidator of said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor of 8 November 2019 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court, St James Street, Paisley, PA3 2HW within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; and meantime appointed Ian Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, of WRI Associates Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
