Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 27 March 2019, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That REG Power Holdings Management Limited be wound up voluntarily under Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up and that Stephen John Adshead (IP No. 8574) and Gregory Andrew Palfrey (IP No. 9060) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 4th Floor, Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG be and are appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of REG Power Management Holdings Limited."
