A petition to wind up the above named company Refresh Energy Limited of 21 Falcon House, Heaton Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, NE6 1SA (Registered Office) presented on 16 May 2019 by ONLINE DIRECT LIMITED of Electus House, 900 Pavilion Drive, Northampton, England, NN4 7RG (Registered Office) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Companies Court, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 3 July 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
